Where do I go from here? Got the right one pierced in February 2020. It had an irritation bump for a while which I fixed using saline spray but now it still seems infected and I’m just at a loss. It wasn’t this difficult with my first piercing. It’s a 20 G Titanium Nosebone. Been LITHA & Saline
