Quick update, I used the customer service to get a callback and escalated to a supervisor after waiting for 45 minutes on call and he said they will be looking into it for my Pin Code. I asked them if they could share the location of the Panjim delivery warehouse and I can go pick up my kitchen accessory but he had no clue where the warehouse is...
