A man is in critical condition after falling off a trail in Kailua Saturday. At around 4:30 p.m., officials said a 24-year-old man was holding onto a rope that snapped and fell 150 feet off the Pali Notches Trail in Kailua.

For the second time in one week, Honolulu police arrested Antonio Vierra, who is now suspected of two arsons this month. Vierra, 70, was arrested last Saturday for allegedly starting a fire in Kunia that day. He was released on bail and charged with second-degree arson on Wednesday.
