What's worse for conditioning in your opinion stairs or table tops or mat returns (not sure anyone else does these my team does these pluse more cardio)

From my experience I say stairs they are so tiring and I usually start to loose stamina by.the 10th up and down all the way on 4 flights of stairs but table tops their just annoying and are mixed with more cardio and hurt the legs. Mat returns are just hard if your not strong enough and it's not fun being thrown like for us we have to lift our guy all the way off the ground for it to count but what is your opinion
