E-sign and field search

I've researched Community and come to understand that there is no functionality within Workday to e-signature. So we are using DocuSign for signatures. The problem that I'm facing is that I'd like to be able to report on data within that document but that seems to be a Workday Doc solution which as far as I can tell doesn't have E-signature capabilities.

Anyone doing this or something similar? I'm open to ideas.
