Are the Blu-rays worth it over the DVDs?

I can’t watch this on any streaming services in the UK except Sky Atlantic, which has an infuriating ui and too many adverts so I’ll just buy it. I have a OLED LG so I’m concerned the DVDs might look a bit shit, or is that not the case? Thanks. Blu-ray box set is £45 on eBay, new.
