Any suggestions for dog trainer/behavioralist?

My little dude is just over a year and he's started to become more reactive. Not aggressive, just more into barking at cars and people because he wants everyone and everything to play with him. Walks in the hood and trips to the park are becoming much less fun. He's a working breed mix, so I want to head this off. We worked with a trainer as a puppy and learned a lot but that approach is becoming less effective for this issue so I'd like to learn some new tools.

Does anyone have a good suggestion?
