2nd owner (3months now).

Bought 3 months ago at 209,305, since then replaced the alternator, slapped on some 18”s, a duck lip on the OEM hatch. And an oil change at 214,105, with what was previous Mobil 10HP30 and what is now QS10W30, every time I check my dipstick my oil is always on the low end, sometimes it looks dry, re dip it a few times an it’ll have some, since now I’m at 219,595km, I just put about 700mL of added oil until my next due date which for some reason says 228,900? Which confuses me so would you recommend I just use Subaru rated oil and do it myself? And I have a question about a sensor leak which will be posted.
