How many bets do you make a day?

Ive been betting for a few months now and im starting to get the hang of bankroll management and i think ive finally convinced myself to stop going for lottery parlays so im going to limit myself to straights for a while. (Still gotta talk myself out of 3am TT bets 😂) how many pre game straights do you usually make and do you bet live? If so how often? Thanks!
