Healthcare worker POV

I haven’t really been involved in any of this, I was just a cleaning content enjoyer. I am pretty side line in everything going on so no real opinions on that.

Anywho, as a healthcare worker this made me cringe. Pardoning the excessive use of Zofran leading to potential QT prolongation, this is how a majority of PRN (as needed ) medicines are prescribed. It’s not common to have the “take for xyz” on the prescription label. It’s meant to mean “take as needed (the need being nausea)” if that makes sense.

Not that deep but I just wanted to help educate :)
