Heel and kickflips

i am trying to do a heelflip. i manage to flip the board, but i cant get it high. when i try to ollie in the same sort of stance, i don't gain enough friction to get it high because the toe hanging off part. my ollies are very solid tho, so that's not the problem. any tips?

Also, i can’t manage my front foot to get on the board when kickflipping, no matter how hard i try. I saw so much tips on youtube already but still, nothing seems to work
