Help for one off purchase on IBKR

Recently topped up 500SGD which is about 365USD accordinng to the app.

Wanted to buy 2.62 shares of VWRA (limit + day order) which translates to 360USD (5 USD buffer for fees), however it looks like the order is still unable to go through after I preview it. May I ask what might be causing the issue here? TIA!
