Anal skin tag

I’m honestly not sure if I’ve always had it, or if it just occurred after vaginal childbirth, but I’ve got an anal skin tag (per Dr Google). Now that I know it’s there, I’m pretty self conscious when it comes to videos or photos when sexting which ruins the fun.

Do men care about that? Is it worth going to the doctor to get it removed to remove?
