Advice for Starting Taltz

I am finally starting Taltz this week after over a decade of worsening psoriasis and failing topicals and Methotrexate. I guess the main advice I am seeking is how much the medication impacted your immune system? I am a kindergarten teacher and have concerns about picking up every cold, flu, etc that passes through my classroom. Then there is COVID on top of that. Are folks on biologics still taking COVID precautions or have you found that you are able to ease them? Any advice/experiences would be so appreciated!
