Anyone else overdo it at first?
I just purchased a MitoPro750X and was so excited to use it. I referenced the Red Light Therapy book by Ari and decided I'd start with 6 minutes on my front torso + 6 minutes on my back (approx 6-8" away), and 4 minutes on my face (12" away). I slept poorly last night and woke up many times, and today I feel horrible (nausea and fatigued mostly with some chills - kinda like a mild flu). After seeing some other posts, I realized I way over did it and you need to slowly work up to a longer exposure time, starting with only a minute or two.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? How long did your "overdose" symptoms last? I'm worried to try my device again once I feel better.
