How do i PLATINUM this game?

Ive alr played the story (none of the side, strictly main missions) i loved the story! I know i played it the wrong way but i still have love for this game! I currently have 17/52 of the trophies and im so confused on how to beat this game? Should i just start up a whole new playthrough and search up each chapter's possible achievements? How do i make it easier for me?
