Muslim women in Germany, do you all use saunas?

Hello all, I recently got a job in Germany and I'm from Pakistan, I'm planning to visit a sauna for the first time for relaxation but I'm not too comfortable with nudity , so I want to know if you all visit saunas, and how do you use ?
