Down stream question

Hi, I’m going to be washing my house for the first time using a downstream injector and I had a question about some of the specifications of the injector

It says 20% draw. Does that mean that whatever I am spraying will be diluted to 20% of its original strength? I.e. 4:1

So if I use 10% bleach, it would come out at approximately 2% when spraying?
