do i need to take a gap year?

1168 clinical hours projected, (304 current) hours as a CNA on a medical respiratory floor, working every other week with more hours during breaks.
1000 projected hours of research (400 done currently) with one poster presentation and hoping to submit for publication sometime this year
500 club hours as a leader of one and cofounder of another, both heavy volunteering
200 hours as academic chair of my frat
216 proj. hours as a tutor (72 so far)
