Do you think doing these things in the first Tri are ok for the baby/normal to do?
I'm having so much guilt and putting a lot of pressure on myself and I could really use some feedback. Is the baby going to be ok if: - I forget to take my prenatal once every few weeks? - I eat a turkey sandwich? - I don't eat very much protein? - If I eat a bunch of processed food because it's all that doesn't make me wanna gag? - if I don't exercise regularly?
Is it normal in the first trimester - to feel too tired and let my house/dishes/laundry go to hell ? Or am I being lazy? - to have severe anxiety that is all because I'm worried about the baby? - to already not fit into any of my clothes (even tho I've only gained a pound or two) - to have purchased nothing/not signed up for any birthing classes/not considered childcare options? Basically have done nothing for preparing for parenthood/the reality of having a child because it feels like I'm gonna jinx it?
