Is Rellor The Most Forgettable Pokemon Ever?

I've recently been trying to complete the violetdex, and I found this guy, at the strart I thought it wasn't a pokemon and that I clicked in the wrong button, but for my surprise it was a real, and, very ugly Pokemon.

Have you had any similar experiences with other Pokemon?
