Am I stupid for buying this in 2025?

I'm surprising my gf with a pc build for valentines day which we will be building together. Given the circumstances of the 50 series being unavailable and all this talk about tarriffs i made the decision to get her this 4070 base. Did i do good on this deal? Is it a good card? I felt more comfortable getting this over one off marketplace because it comes with a 1yr warranty through ebay. I was looking into the AMD GPUs but heard nothing but issues which is a shame considering their great price so i stuck with Nvidia. Let me know your opinions and tell me if I should send it back lol.
