Bar Cecil vs Mr Lyon’s… With a Vegetarian

The subject line says it: My wife’s a vegetarian (yes to dairy, no to meat and fish), and we haven’t tried either of these fine establishments yet. I’m wondering which (if either) might have a menu that would satisfy a vegetarian? Also, any headlines on the ambience differences would be very welcome!
