Not getting emails from Nintendo (@outlook.com)
Is anyone else having issues with verification emails or other emails from Nintendo? Had my current account a year no issues, looking through my inbox my last email from [email protected] was from 10/15/23 when I created my 2nd child an account and signed them into our Switch - email stating new signin for a child account.
But now I’m on my account page, email is listed correctly. But with red text “This -mail address may not be able to receive emails properly” and wants me to go through verification. No email turns up.
And although I have an alternate gmail there seems no way to edit my email in my account.
Checked my inbox, checked my rules, talked to outlook.com support, I have no rules, not on my blocked senders, not a domain they are blocking. I added to my safe list, and they say they added to a global safe list which will take a few hours to propagate. So I’ll try again in a while but I’m not hopeful. Which would mean the problem is on Nintendo’s side…
All came about when I was trying to get a Lego 2K Drive parental permission email sent from the game. It just wasn’t turning up. Signed into the game as me, created a 2k games account, got their email etc all good, tried again with child account and still nothing. Then checked my Nintendo account and saw the red text.
