Can somebody relieve me of my 'volume anxiety' please?
I find myself comparing various routines from notable creators in the natural bodybuilding community even though I recognize that the perfect routine does not exist.
Motivated by a fear of leaving gains on the table, I find myself in a purgatory where I am constantly critiquing my own routine in respect to those of others. I'm never sure if I am doing enough volume or too little.
Can somebody provide input on my situation and advice as to how I can overcome this issue? Thank you!
