Lagging Arms Tips

Will try to keep this concise.

Basically, my arms are by far my biggest limitation and lagging muscle group. I really do feel like I'm doing everything right (could always use more food tho), but arms are just always stubborn. I've been training for 3 years and have seen and continue to see excellent progress in all other muscle groups. The problem is that I feel my other muscle groups are now starting to overpower my arms, especially my shoulders and chest overpowering the arms.

Here is what I have already implemented for the past year and yet I still continue to see painfully slow gains:

  1. Dedicated arm day. Arms have their own dedicated day

  2. Full range of motion on every single arm exercise.

  3. Slowing and controlling the eccentric, especially in its most stretched position.

  4. I have started including close grip bench press. What rep ranges do you guys do for close grip bench? I have been focusing on higher rep sets, but maybe I need to try low rep on close grip?

I am looking for tips from people that have also struggled with stubborn lagging arms, any advice is appreciated!
