Voting deadline - Is this a glitch?

I have a 20 player league, currently set to speedy pace. I made it so that voting ends at 10pm on the specified. I just looked at my league and noticed it had changed to 11pm for all rounds? I am pretty sure i did not make this change? It would not let me adjust the current round but i manually edited the rest of the rounds. What is the explanation of this?
