should i see joker 2?

i love musicals idc. but hollywood hates them to the core, which is why ratings are so low. they’re “cringe.” if you’re allergic to fun just say that smh.

joker 1 wasn’t a musical. the sequel is, featuring lady gaga as harley quinn. and i adore gaga and think she was the perfect choice to play one of my favorite villains. see: paparazzi vmas 09 performance.

from what i’ve seen, people are calling it bad just because they didn’t expect the characters to break into song every 10 minutes. dude. it literally showed musical/thriller as the genre…

but anyways, to my fellow thespians who have seen the movie, is it any good? would you recommend it to other theatre kids?
