Passport application status is showing "Police report has been submitted by local police station to SP office, District Mumbai" from the last one month.

I submitted a greviance report too, but no action has been taken regarding it. I even visited my local police station thrice after the police verification. They are just telling me to wait. Passport authority is telling me to go to SP office. Also, no message has been received regarding any discrepancy or fault in any documents.

Where is the SP office? Did anyone else face the same issue?
