What's the oldest Threaty of mutual recognition of the whole micronational history ?

Hi everyone,

I'm making an article for a large french micronational media (the RTK) about Threaties of mutual recognition (TMR) in the Discord environment. But, for a part about the oldest TMR (on Discord or not), I don't know what is the oldest known TMR of the history.

I discovered the proposition for a TMR between Talossa and Hay-on-Wye* (10 october 1984), but I don't know if it's really the first.

Btw, if you know what is the oldest virtual TMR, you can also answer here, I will be delighted to learn this.
