About to take my first dose and I’m really nervous

I’m excited but also super nervous. I’ve never taken anything like this before so I’m experiencing fear of the unknown.

I know I just need to do it and get it over and done with. Anyone have any other tips or words of encouragement?

UPDATE: took it about 2 hours ago. Feeling a bit nauseous but I’m not sure if that’s just in my head
