What is wrong with my drawings?

It's been a while I decided to go digital, but as you can see by comparing my drawings "top row" with my references, there sth off with mine.

Overtime my drawing improved a lot but that weird feeling still remains.
I know it's there but I can't see what it is.

Can anyone give me a tip or guidance on why my drawings are so uncanny?
