Is there a champion you cannot play without a specific skin?

I’m a Rumble main and I absolutely cannot play him without SG Rumble. All his other skin animation make him shake like a dying chihuahua. I have 4 accounts in different servers and happen to get the skin from chest in 3 of them. All my friends also randomly got that skin from chest. Maybe Riot is implying something.
