dermatologist in Osaka

Hello, I recently moved to Wakayama and needed an urgent dermatologist visit but since wakayama shi is just a small city I’m a little scared to go to the clinics here (because im a foreigner) Most of the recommendations for this topic is located in Tokyo, and I was wondering if there’s any good ones in Osaka? (If they can speak english too thatd be great, but my japanese is okay-ish so that wont be a problem, i think its more important that they accept hoken..) thank!
