Delayed and on drugs

I've been here a while. We all agree Nika is delayed? I think she's mentally anywhere from 8-13. Judging by how awkward she is around other adults, pathological lying, no shame, bad hygiene, no social skills, poor judgement, no impulse control, literally acts like a bad ass kid. And I know for a fact she has some kind of addiction but to what? It's not meth and I don't think it's coke. I'm not from the east coast but where I'm from ppl smoke meth .
