How do i actually drive this thing?!!

Bought the new ferrari gtp yesterday and I just cant get to grips with it. My fronts lock up at 30% braking sometimes so then i move my brake bias back and then they still lock up but if i move it to far back the rears lock and then I’m dead. Any advice would go a long way seeing as i need to get cracked in a month for daytona. L
