Who do I contact? New homeowner

I recently bought this 1955 home about 7 months ago, had a full inspection. Last night I noticed in my kitchen ceiling a crack, seems to be drywall up there. Not sure who to contact to take a look or what the cause is. Note - scared to go in the attic above because there is vermiculite insulation that we were told is not harmful if we do not disturb it.
