Meet The Crew?

In the Book of Bill there is a pretty fun page called meet the crew. It goes over the whole Weirdmegaden crew. However, at the bottom there is a part where Bill crossed out a person and said not important. Stuff like that is definitely important. Does anybody know who they are?
