posca pen help

i have this. damned. pin type white pen. that just forgot how to work, apparently. the paint comes out through the sides of the tip rather than into the tip, if that makes sense. like that ^. all my other pens are fine. im new to posca pens, i usually just use spray paints or just acrylic paint and brushes, but im trying these out and. yeah.
