[Hiring] Someone to help me along with a web-development project.

I have a project which is based on web-development, it's mostly intermediate level stuff, I need a website with 1/2 of pages of information with a nice lay-out and another 2 pages with a functionality which I can describe in more details, made using APIs. I need someone reliable and who's free in the next month, you can be self-taught but need to show me some proof that you have experience in HTML, JavaScript etc.

My budget is around 500$ but there's more to be made if you're also are good at writing. I have a separate budget for writing about the website once you've developed it. I will need around 5k words written too which I'll discuss with you once the website is done and you're ready to take up this writing task.
