Leave it to Utah to pray for rain.

Utah leadership at its finest: facing a water crisis caused by overdevelopment and mismanagement, they decide the solution is to pray for rain. Forget addressing the endless golf courses, wasteful outdoor irrigation, or reckless expansion in a desert. Instead, let’s leave it to God to fix the mess they created. Apparently, divine intervention is now a water management strategy. Maybe next they’ll suggest fasting for snowpack or holding a prayer circle for the reservoirs. You can’t make this stuff up.
