Moms Groups

Hey Everyone! My wife and I recently had a baby (3 weeks old). My wife is looking for Moms groups to join in the East Bay but is having trouble finding any groups outside of Berkeley, Oakland and Emeryville. Does anyone know of any moms groups, meet ups or other resources for a new mom in the Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Martinez areas?
