How do i scan for rewards?

Ive never been to dutchbros before but today i got a drink from there and on the cup it says scan for rewards so i got the app but it just brings me to the app store when i scan the qr code. How can i get the rewards? I used to go to Starbucks but i dont support Starbucks anymore. pls lmk cause im gonna be going to dutchbros from now on and want to get the rewards whenever i buy a drink🙏
