Going backwards in time chronologically, what's your last 10/10?

I figured this could be interesting. Going back chronologically (e.g. from Empire of Death, to Legend of Ruby Sunday, to... etc etc), what was the last bona fide 10/10 for you?

It could be from these recent 8 episodes, or the 3 specials, or back to Chibnall's era, or Moffat's, or RTD Round 1... Heck, head back to the Classics if you want.
