Why does the Ring of Power Minions Necro build use Blood Begets Blood paragon board?

I'm using the Mobalytics build, and the first paragon board they want you to use is one for blood orbs, but I don't see a way to generate blood orbs. Does anyone happen to know why that is? I'm not the smartest person, and it could be something super obvious.
