Experience with Apple Service Centre

How's your experience with Apple service centre, I just got an issue with my macbook pro. Distance is not an issue, but i want the best service, thinking to go to the Official store for service in saket.

Any inputs which one to avoid(some cases of bad service centre video of iPhone on YouTube), will I be charged or something?
