can my mmr inflate because of survs going next/dcing?

basically what the title says; can that be possible? for some context i have roughly 700 hours in dbd (half surv half killer) and i main skull merchant so literally every other killer game i have either one or all survivors killing themselves on hook or straight up leaving. i’ve now noticed i keep getting put against survs with 5000+ and sometimes even 10000+ hours on the game and my friends have said its probably due to the dcs or leaves impacting my mmr :’)
