I've tried a bunch of dark/bittersweet chocolates, but I am dissatisfied. I am looking for chocolate to use for making truffles, ganache, and baked goods.

I've tried Valhorna, Calebaut, etc. but none of them were as rich as I would like. The Trader Joe's bar actually got the closest to what I'm looking for. I tried one type of Cocoa Barry and that was pretty good too.
