Worse experience from uber.

I booked an uber ride in chennai for my grand parents (Age 70ish). They where nearing the destination he asked them to get down from car.. why? There was traffic ahead and he says it will take him 20mins to come out of it. He charged extra (500 instead of 430). And asked them to get down forcefully. Grandparents got down and booked other running auto and left. But, here the thing is the Uber driver how unethically he asked to get them down.
I have filed a complain in uber, they asked to wait for 24 hours and not to put on any social media.
