Suggestions to buy mobile in under 40k

Hi all. As the title suggests, I'm planning to buy a good phone in this budget range. The only idea is to get either a Samsung or Oneplus mobile in this range, leaning more towards Samsung due the issue of green line coming in Oneplus. The specifications are 256gb storage, 12/16gb ram. The camera is fine either ways. 120hz refresh rate is preferred. If the body of the phone is an alloy component it would be better. Ik that I can search the web for the same details, I just felt it would be better to get opinion of people who are already using these mobiles or the general opinion/suggestions. Any kind of input would be appreciated. Usage: Reading, watching series(using firefox), music, work (involves scanning of documents) TIA!!
